Lithium-Ion polymer batteries are rechargeable batteries using lithium-ion technology that can be recharged repeatedly. It is constructed from one to several electrochemical cells. Lithium ions migrate during discharge from the negative electrode through the electrolyte to the positive electrode, and then back again during the charging. Today this powerful technology is used in a number of applications, such as
-Wearable devices (smart watch, smart clothing, heating apparel, bluetooth headset, etc.)
-Medical Devices (portable X-ray camera, insulin pump, blood pressure devices, etc.)
-IoT and Smart Home products( smart lock, doorbell camera, smart faucet, security monitor, BLE credit card, etc.)
-Industrial &Consumer electronics(portable electronic devices, scanners, sensing timers, timer systems, vaccination emergency lights, etc)
Safety Notes of LiPo Battery Pack
Avoid using lead-acid, NiCd, or NiMH chargers.
Be careful not to abuse these batteries, such as shorting, bending, crushing, or puncturing them.
Charge and use should never be left unattended.
ALWAYS inspect the battery to ensure no signs of damage, deformity, or swelling before charging. If there are, STOP charging the battery and follow the proper procedure to dispose of the battery.
Do not use or leave the battery at very high-temperature conditions(for example, strong direct sunlight or a vehicle in extremely hot conditions). Otherwise, it can overheat or fire, or its performance will degenerate and its service life will be decreased. Avoid Over-Discharging LiPo Batteries
Avoid Over-Discharging LiPo Batteries. Over-discharging can cause permanent damage to the battery. The damage caused by this can be INTERNAL battery damage and will not always be visible. However, internal damage can eventually lead to a FIRE when attempting to recharge it at later times. Please exercise proper understanding and usage of the battery in your application to prevent safety issues or injuries and to prolong battery life.
